Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy:

Moon Shadow Market, LLC has a 14-calendar day return policy. If 14-calendar days have gone by since you have received your purchase(s), we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Any item postmarked after the 14-calendar day return policy agreement will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.  Anything postmarked after the 14-day calendar return policy agreement will not be returned to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it's original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Any item that is not in its original condition, has damage or noticeable wear, or missing parts caused by the customer and is not due to manufacturer or seller error, will not be eligible for refund(s).

We do not offer refunds for any of the following:

-Theft of package after delivery to valid address given by the customer
-Package delivered to wrong address due to customer giving incorrect shipping information 
-Customer selected wrong size, color, or type of item 
-Any item that is returned and post-marked more than 14-days after customer received item

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

We do not accept the return of any products that are intimate or sanitary goods and have been used.

-Gift cards

*In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase*

*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer*

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify with an explanation of approval or rejection refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have any questions about whether or not your purchase is refundable, please send us an email at moonshadowmarket@outlook.com with pictures of your damaged or faulty item and we will provide you with additional information prior to you shipping your item(s) back to us.

Late or missing refunds:

If you do not see a refund on your bank or credit card statement please contact your bank or credit card company.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your statement.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded due to pricing and shipping reasons. In most cases, sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at moonshadowmarket@outlook.com and we'll provide you with the next steps.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift-credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping:

To return your product, send us an email at moonshadowmarket@outlook.com and we'll provide you with the next steps for shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on the nature of the refund, in some cases your shipping costs may be refunded to you and added to the refund price for the item you are requesting a refund for.

It will take 3-5 days to process any item that has been approved for an exchange.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.

*If you are shipping an order over $75.00, we strongly recommend using a shipping service who provides a tracking number, and also purchase shipping insurance. Without a tracking number we cannot guarantee we have received your returned item*
